CHÂTEAU DES DUCS DE BRETAGNE - MUSÉE D'HISTOIRE DE NANTES
The last castle on the banks of the Loire before the ocean, this monument demonstrates the architectural refinement of the court of Brittany. A rare feature, it is freely accessible, from the moat to the ramparts.
The Musée d'Histoire de Nantes, with its resolutely contemporary scenography, tells the story of the city: from ducal Brittany to the metropolis of today.Over 850 objects in the collection are presented in a fun, aesthetic and educational way.
Exhibitions are held throughout the year to punctuate the life of the château.
