Climb a magnificent stair case, settle down confortably and let yourself be told the story of th owner of the castle, King René of Anjou! The 1st floor of the chateau is dramatised to present a few of the themes mentioned briefly above: the anjou dynasty, courtly love, the age of chivalry and tournaments.
