A key stage on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, Saint-Jacques church is dedicated to pilgrims, but not only that - it has also become a cultural venue for the Clisson town council.

A great Romanesque pilgrimage church, it lost its chevet and transept during the Revolution, when it became a "Decadal temple". Its nave has now been restored and transformed into a fully-fledged cultural space.

This intimate cultural space offers a rich and varied programme. The town of Clisson aims to bring people of all ages together to enjoy live performances and exhibitions.

Not forgetting its medieval garden, which is open to the public.
