Moulin de Gasté
This cavier-type windmill, typical of the Anjou region, was restored to its original condition in 2008. It has regained its harmonious, haughty silhouette, 15 metres high, which allows its wings to catch the wind.
The stone millstones are once again able to produce flour, although all activity had ceased since 1914-1918. Now it's a mill with a new-found beauty, open to visitors and whispering in our ears the history of these imposing Anjou mills, which reached their apogee in the 19th century.Contact
