Moulin Cyprien
A living heritage dating back to the 15th century! It is one of the last mills still in production in the region. Thanks to an interactive exhibition, visitors can discover the secrets of milling know-how, from the cereal to flour production.
Since the 15th century, the Cyprien Mill has been plunging its paddle wheel into the Sarthe. Near the mill, the wood-fired oven extends the experience, with breads and fouées baked throughout the season.Equipped with a generator, the mill also contributes to sustainable development by producing hydroelectricity. No production in 2020.
