Discover the last remaining windmill in the Saint Gilles Croix de Vie region, dating back to 1842, where you can learn about the workings of the mill and the secrets of making wheat, buckwheat and spelt flour.

The Moulin des Gourmands overlooks the commune of Saint Révérend, in the Vendée, and takes you on a guided tour to reveal all the secrets of flour production.

Join the miller on a 3-storey tour of how wheat grains are transformed into flour (tour lasts 30 minutes). The tour will awaken all your senses.

Documentary film "Le vent des traditions" (duration 12 min), permanent exhibition "Du blé au pain" (From wheat to bread), secure park with children's play area, picnic tables, educational panels and wooden games.

For children aged 6 and over: "Graine de détective" treasure hunt in the form of a detective story in the park.

Visits can be booked online or by telephone.

Gift shop selling souvenirs and local products, including the famous flour produced on site: wheat flour, buckwheat flour and spelt flour.
