LES NIDS-OBSERVATOIRES
These Observatory Nests can be found in three different locations in the Estuaire et Sillon area.
The first is around Lac de Savenay, at the top of the dam and the floating footbridge. Hidden among the trees, this nest offers a unique view of the estuary, the Cordemais power station and the St Nazaire bridge.
The other two can be seen on the Balade des Roselières, an 8km cycle route from Savenay to Lavau-sur-Loire. Nestling in the heart of the Fresnier and Syl marshes, they invite you to take in the views from a height of 6 metres, between lush green landscapes and peaceful hamlets.
