The Association des Amis du Vieux Tiffauges (Friends of Old Tiffauges) is organising a 12-stage walk to discover the history and heritage of Tiffauges. In addition to the castle, home to the famous Gilles de Rais, who inspired the character of Bluebeard, Tiffauges is also a town full of relics that bear witness to an eventful past.
