Sentier d'interprétation "Les méandres de la Sazée"
The interpretation trail "Les méandres de la Sazée" (The meanders of the Sazée) tells the story of the work carried out in Aviré to restore this small Anjou blue river to its rightful place.
Once a stagnant body of dark water, it is now a gentle river flowing with clear, living water, teeming with life. Signs have been set up around the Sazée floodplain, providing information about the little creatures of this natural site and the plants that are reclaiming the area. It's a great walk for children, with a route suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
