L'étang de la rabretière, an ideal place to walk and fish for a moment of relaxation

The Rabretière municipal pond is located around the commune of Les Essarts (85140). The pond is permanently accessible for walks. Picnic tables are available to enjoy a quiet lunch in a little corner of nature.
The Gaule Essartaise association is responsible for fishing on the pond. To do this, you need to have a fishing licence. The daily pass costs €5 for adults and €3 for children under 16. The annual pass costs €40 for adults and €25 for under-16s.
Fishing is open from the first weekend in March to the third Sunday in October, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from sunrise to sunset.
