Parcours de sculptures monumentales d'Oudon

In the heart of the village of Oudon, the sculpted works of art offer a reverie in nature

But where do these works come from?
At the end of the 1990s, the town invited local sculptor Jean-Claude Lambert to create a monumental work of art in front of the public. Given the enthusiastic response to this novelty, it was decided to organise a symposium every two years from 1999, when 5 sculptors from around the world would come to sculpt a work in the courtyard of the château before exhibiting the fruits of their labour in the town.

An extra soul
Made of wood, stone or metal, the thirty-odd works add an artistic and dreamlike dimension to your visit to this charming little town. The themes of the sculptures are varied, as the theme changes with each edition of the festival (theatre, the Middle Ages, light...).

A walk in nature
The route offers a pleasant and poetic walk. You'll pass shady parks, the marina and the River du Hâvre.

Combine with lunch on the grass
Picnic tables are available on site. Don't hesitate to bring a tablecloth to sit on the grass! There are also plenty of benches where you can take your time contemplating the landscape and the works of art as you stroll along.

A detailed map of the route and other useful information is available from the Tourist Office!
