Presentation of: MAISON DE LA MARIEE

Located on Fedrun island, La Maison de la Mariée (the Bride's House) tells us, in a very lively way, the daily life of Saint Joachim workers, who used to create bride’s tiaras and waxed fabric flowers, now essentially fashioned in designer houses of Paris.

Formerly dedicated to wedding accessories, waxed fabric flowers were also one of the most important elements of brides'globes: a traditional composition of objects, resuming the spouse's life and memories.
