Discover the charm of the green coastline and the hinterland of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie on an unusual draisine ride along a former railway line.Round trip of 1 hour 45 minutes over 14 km (semi-shaded route).
In July and August, 5 departures a day: 9am, 11am, 1.15pm, 3.30pm and 5.45pm.
Booking required online or by telephone.
A draisine carries 2 to 4 people (or even 5 if there is a child under 12) and has 2 pedalling stations (accessible from the age of 8).
In summer, rosalies can be hired by prior arrangement and take you as far as the Château de Commequiers.
Vélo rail: dogs are not permitted, and pregnant women and babies under 1 year old are not allowed to take part.
Closed on 1 September 2025 for works, reopening in May 2026.
