Parcours de santé de Chéméré

The Chéméré fitness trail is located around the leisure park pond. Made up of a number of wooden apparatus, you can do some simple exercises on your own, to help you get back into shape and keep your muscles in shape!

Practicalities:


On the site, you'll find a stabilised course around the pond to allow you to warm up before doing your exercises on the apparatus.
the large 900-metre loop, which goes all the way round the pond, is made up of two smaller loops of around 400 and 440 metres each
there are benches along the way to stretch out, or simply to take a break during your workout
the site is shaded and very pleasant all year round
there are two free entrances to the site and two free car parks


To extend your workout, you can also take advantage of the "Les Chênes" hiking trail, which follows the course.
