Église Saint-Denis - Candé

The church of Saint-Denis is built on the site of an 11th-century building. It is located in Candé, in the heart of Anjou Bleu and 15 km from Ancenis.

Saint-Denis church stands on the site of the former parish church, built as early as the 11th century. It was rebuilt for the first time in the 17th century, then completely rebuilt in the 19th century due to the general deterioration of the building. Today, the church of Saint-Denis de Candé is open all year round, offering visitors the chance to discover a historic building at the heart of the local religious and architectural heritage.
