On the ground floor of the building of the St Laurent du Mottay town hall, in the Middle Ages this room was used by federal agents of the king or lord to exercise financial, judicial, administrative and military authority.
In this magnificent building occupied by the town hall, there is a room on the ground floor, with an area of 90 m2, a listed building. Among others, he is allowed to admire a large fireplace that fills half the wall to the south, following the description of Célestin Port, county archivist, who visited these places in 1877.
