Les Thermes Gallo-romains d'Entrammes

The thermal baths at Entrammes will take you back to Gallo-Roman times, just a stone's throw from Laval.

Discovered in 1987, the Gallo-Roman thermal baths at Entrammes owe their remarkable state of preservation to the fact that they had been supplanted by a church by the end of Antiquity.

Thanks to this protection, some extremely rare remains have been preserved, including Roman walls 8.50 m high, four baths in a row heated by hypocaust, brick arches and windows, and evidence of the site's religious occupation (ambo, sarcophagus, bell moulds).
These are just some of the treasures to be discovered on this remarkably illuminated tour.
