Le moulin du Pé
Moulin du Pé, at 64 metres, remarkable for its statue of Christ the King.
At an altitude of 64 metres, the statue of Christ the King leaning against the Mill watches over the vineyards. The Mill, which no longer has its conical roof, dates from the 2nd half of the 19th century. The 5.60 metre statue was added in 1960 and commemorates a mission. It was originally intended to have its arms in a cross, but the sculptor, Jean Fréour, was technically unable to achieve this. The site has not been accessible since June 2024 (dangerous access).
