A trail that's a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the local heritage at the same time!

Departing from the Parc Verno Vici, located in the town centre behind the church, the 11.6km-long, easy-to-navigate interpretation trail is dotted with information panels on the two themes of water and agricultural heritage.
There are many points of interest on the trail, including streams, hedged plains, place names, hemp ovens and wash-houses.
Explore Saint Cosme-en-Vairais and enjoy the varied landscapes while learning about its rich heritage.
