Le Porte-Vue Belvédère de Château-Thébaud

An exceptional viewpoint. This viewpoint is located above the Pont Caffino nature and leisure site and can be reached on foot from behind the town hall.

From this promontory 45 metres above the river, a breathtaking view reveals the Maine valley, its granite cliffs overlooked by vineyards, and the Maine river and leisure centre below.
This structure, the work of Savoyard architect Emmanuel Ritz, a specialist in developments on sensitive and extreme sites, is one of the permanent structures of the Voyage à Nantes as part of the Voyage dans le Vignoble itinerary.
