Belvédère de la colline de Bellevue
At La Haye Fouassière, Bellevue hill, at 65 metres, is the highest point in the commune.
Bellevue hill, at 65 metres, is the highest point in La Haye-Fouassière. Situated in the south-east of the town, it is easy to spot. It is overlooked by a water tower that is instantly recognisable from its decoration in the colours of the vineyards, and Muscadet in particular.|
At the foot of the building, a belvedere offers a magnificent panoramic view of Nantes and the surrounding area. A hand-painted ceramic orientation table helps visitors to recognise the monuments and buildings that stand out from the Nantes metropolis (the Cheviré bridge, the Tour de Bretagne, the cathedral, etc.) and the bell towers of the surrounding towns.
