At the entrance to the park, a small building combining stone, brick, slate and clay seems to be acting as a lookout.
This small restored pavilion dates back to 1822. It used to be a hunting lodge on the edge of the village.
Hunters would come here for shelter if the bad weather made their favourite activity difficult. They would play a game of "cow", a card game that was very popular in the region.
