Located in the heart of the Mervent forest, 6 minutes from Fontenay-le-Comte, come and spend an unforgettable day at Mervent Zoo!
Nearly 300 animals (60 different species) are presented in vast wooded areas:- Large carnivores: lions, wolves, tigers, wild dogs, cheetahs, etc.
- The 8,000 m² forest of free-ranging lemurs,
- The 2-hectare African plain with giraffes, antelopes, ostriches, etc.
- Bears and white wolves in the same area.
And don't forget the meerkats, European otters, sand cats and monkeys, all of which will delight the grown-ups, and the large play area and mini-farm for the little ones!
