LE TOUR DU BOURG

This route is unique in that it creates a pedestrian belt around the town of Carquefou and introduces walkers to some of the town's historic sites.

This trail introduces walkers to some of the town's historic sites (Fleuriaye, Epinay, Bois Saint Lys, etc.).
At the start, the route leads around the church of Saint Pierre and Saint Paul, through the picturesque Cou du Lien passageway.
It then winds its way along the Chemin de l'Enfer, crosses the Charbonneau stream and reaches La Fleuraye, where you can admire the 19th-century château.
The route continues through the new district of Souchais and the Bois Saint Lys area, with views of the town and its church dominating the landscape at each stop.
Heading towards the Ferme de la Jouandière, the route offers a superb panoramic view of the Carquefou golf course and the 14th-century Château de l'Epinay, a listed historic monument.
