The Cultural Action department offers a wide range of shows: theatre, music, storytelling, readings, etc., many of which can be enjoyed by the whole family. They take place at Athanor or in unusual venues...
At the same time, a programme of school shows has been developed for pupils in Guérande schools.
The cultural season is sponsored by an author. Throughout the year, a professional theatre company carries out a participatory project with the people of Guérande based around the guest author.
A series of exhibitions (contemporary art, photography, etc.) is held throughout the season.
A series of lectures is also organised in conjunction with the Samuel Beckett multimedia library.
The Athanor Cultural Centre is also open to associations, companies and individuals for the organisation of all types of events.
