The technical features of the theatre (832-seat capacity, large stage, technical equipment) mean that it can accommodate national and international companies that could not technically be accommodated in Le Mans in such conditions.This space is open to concerts, lyrical art and opera, with an orchestra pit that can accommodate 70 musicians and improved acoustics (Carmen system).
In addition, the small 120-seat theatre can accommodate more intimate forms of musical and choreographic theatre.
For greater comfort, the theatre and the small theatre are equipped with a magnetic loop.
Armchairs are also available for people with reduced mobility, enabling them to enjoy shows as a family (booking required).
