LE FIL DE SOI, a school of life run by Oriana-Brigitte Heydel, author, artist, art therapist, graphologist and SOI teacher, has been providing support for 30 years in the eco-hamlet she founded. She has developed Arts-Yoga courses and workshops in SOI Pedagogy in Centred Language (LCCU):
These are practical workshops in global well-being, open to discovery at your own pace.
They enable you to explore a guided plenitude-unity, to get to know yourself better, to improve your health, to relax, to be enriched by a Centred Language, constructive with yourself and others, while developing your creativity, joy and sensitivity with animals and nature.
A meditation in a boat on the Venise-Verte is proposed, accompanied by a crystal lyre, SON'OR by Oriana-Brigitte Heydel.

The key tools used are :
* Intuitive and guided Mandala called Yoga-Mandala and Mandala-Grapho-Thérapie (harmonisation of writing).
* Biorhythmic Yoga-Dance.
* Yoga of the Vowels.
* Yoga-Mandala of the Letters to the Being of OBH, with body-painting on hands, face, neck, feet, ankles, according to each person.
* Biorhythmic Yoga-Respiration.
* Poetry in Body-and-Graphic Centred Language.
* SON'OR Harmonising Meditation-Travel: sounds and harmonic voices by Oriana-Brigitte HEYDEL, with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Inès, Jew's harp, tubular harp, chimes, xylophone.
* Animal and plant communication.

In Liez, 3 km from Maillezais, these yoga-arts workshops and courses take place in a beautiful, light-filled 100 m2 space, all panelled and surrounded by nature.
