Fitness Zone: Group classes tailored to your goals. Supervised and led by Les Mills-certified instructors. You'll be offered a range of motivating, high-quality activities. Strengthening, toning, relaxation, cardio, flexibility and dance, all in a friendly atmosphere.
Cardio/Musculation Zone: A zone with numerous workstations, including free, guided and cardio machines: ideal for starting out and training in complete safety.
Cycling Zone: The cycling world, leader in indoor cycling classes, will motivate you to the sound of upbeat music and take you to the highest peaks. Two concepts: RPM, a Tour de France in less than an hour, and Les Mills SPRINT, a 30-minute workout to help you improve your cardiovascular capacities.
Zone Training: This is a fitness technique that mainly combines athletic strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance sports.
Aquafitness Zone: Aquafitness is an excellent way to combine the relaxation and fun of the pool with the benefits of a sporting activity. Effective, fun and innovative aquafitness classes set to a variety of original music to get results and create new sensations.
Wellness Zone: A room dedicated to wellbeing, with yoga, meditation and relaxation activities to help you learn to take care of yourself and discover the needs of your body and mind.
Racquet Zone: Two squash courts and two padel tennis courts in one area. From now on, invite your friends to share a match to let off steam and have a great time. Open 24 hours a day with outside access, by reservation only.
