The FITNESS area is open free of charge to hotel guests and includes 3 pieces of equipment:
- a recumbent bike
- Elliptical rower
- Treadmill and treadmill

WELLNESS area
- The HAMMAM
To relieve tension, relax or detoxify your body, immerse yourself in a steam bath at between 40 and 50°. We lend you a bathrobe, but you must wear a swimming costume during the session. Bookings and information at reception
- INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared sauna is particularly suitable for people who can't stand the heat of a traditional sauna. The benefits of the infrared sauna are numerous. Infrared rays speed up cellular functions, which increases blood circulation, improves the cardiovascular system and boosts the immune system.
We lend you a bathrobe, but you must wear a swimming costume during the session.
- HYDROJET
All you have to do is lie down on the mattress in your street clothes and relax. Jets of warm water are projected in regular movements onto the underside of the sleeping surface, massaging from head to toe.
The massage programmes have been developed in collaboration with health and sports professionals.
