This tall house offers spacious rooms, all tastefully decorated with paintings on the walls, chic and comfortable armchairs and 160*200 beds with quality bedding. The house has access to a private terrace. There is also a games area and a meadow-style garden with a beautiful view over the countryside and its valleys.
Facilities include table tennis, basketball hoop and children's swing.
The owners are passionate about gardening, and you have access to the more open part of the English-style garden. You can wander between all sorts of hydrangea, phlox, wisteria and heuchers...
From the gîte, you can go on short and long walks. You're close to the Corniche de Paille, Mont-Rochard and the Sillé-le-Guillaume forest with its leisure and swimming area.
The gîte comprises a large lounge/kitchen/dining room (41m²) on the ground floor, a shower, separate WC and laundry area on level N-1. On the 1st floor, accessed by a wide staircase: the Vert amande bedroom (14m²) with 1 double bed (160*200), a bench, a desk and chair, and a wardrobe, the Terra cota bedroom (22m²) with a bed (160*200), a sofa, a desk with chair and a large wardrobe. An additional sleeping area (16m²) with 2 single beds and a cot is available: this area does not have a window to the outside.
