You'll love the large dining room (26m²) with fireplace, living room (21m²) with large sofa and 120cm TV, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) and utility room (freezer and washing machine).
Sleeping accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, each measuring 10 to 12m², 2 of which are on the ground floor (each with 1 bed 140*190), 1 bathroom with bath and washbasin, 1 separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, 1 with 2 single beds (90*200) and 1 with 1 single bed (140*190); 1 separate toilet; 1 shower room with shower cubicle and 2 washbasins.
The house is surrounded by a large garden with terrace, a garage shelter protecting 1 petanque area, possibility of eating and playing, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. Children's swing, orchard and vegetable garden.
All shops are 13 km away in Villaines-la-Juhel.
For family leisure activities, take advantage of the large leisure centre at Sillé le Guillaume (13 km away), Sillé-plage, with a large lake for swimming, pedalos, canoes, surf-bikes, a large zip-line, laser-game, mini-golf, pony rides, etc.
At Averton (15km away), the Perles site offers a fishing area (fishing licence required).
The Mayenne is a great walking area, with the Mont des Avaloirs (the highest point in the Armorican Massif), the Montaigu and all the forest and country paths for you to discover.
In Mayenne and Sarthe, you can also discover the Petites cités de caractères (small towns of character) such as Sainte-Suzanne, Sillé-le-Guillaume, Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, Entrammes...
