The accommodation
Open-plan kitchen/dining room with double aspect overlooking the garden, fitted and equipped to a surface area of approx. 30 m2, including fridge/freezer, hob, electric oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

The lounge is also around 30 m2 and comprises 2 areas, one for watching television and the second for relaxing. The sofas are not convertible.

The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Bed 140 with storage space,
Bedroom 2: Bed 140 with storage space,
Bedroom 3: 90cm bed + pull-out bed

Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and hairdryer.

Separate WC.

The landscaped garden includes a large terrace with arbour, outdoor table and chairs and barbecue.

The garage is not fully accessible, but space is provided for storage of bicycles, a small trailer and beach equipment.

Parking is possible in front of the house without difficulty.
