Completely renovated, the 112m2 gîte is situated on the banks of the Evre river and has all the necessary comforts. You'll find it soothingly peaceful, being located in a small hamlet in the countryside. The adjoining gîte has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchenette, sitting room and bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (CH2: 1 bed 140 - CH3: 2 beds 90 - CH4: 1 bed 140) Electric heating. Outside, enjoy the lawn and relax, the fenced terrace and private garden.
Available free of charge in common with another gîte: private tennis court, canoes, rowing boats, table tennis, children's games, table football, 2 bicycles. Open from 01 May to 30 September from 11:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 (depending on outside temperature), you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, shared by two gîtes and the owner. Wifi free of charge.
