From this 4,000 m2 property in very peaceful surroundings, you can walk to the town or the countryside, or take a stroll along the footpaths or the towpath along the river Mayenne. Many activities are available nearby: water-skiing, canoeing, rowing, mountain biking, horse-riding, tennis, etc.
