The ground floor bedroom has a 140x190cm bed, large wardrobe and armchair, and a French window opening onto the terrace. Separate WC, washbasin and utility room with washing machine. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and 1 cot; 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (130x190). Bathroom with washbasin, separate WC. In addition, a landing bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 (10m²).
The garden is 1,200m². Carport and parking. Various children's play equipment: small slide, swing set with swings and bar ladder. Garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair and changing mat, to be placed in the gîte on arrival.
Shops: Le Ribay, 3 km away, has all the main shops and a restaurant.
