Family gîte on the borders of Normandy and Maine, on the edge of the Perseigne forest. Neatly furnished in a former farm outbuilding. Large, enclosed, landscaped grounds, guaranteed peace and quiet. Very pleasant setting, with excellent south-facing exposure. Easy access 10 minutes from the A28 (exits 19 or 20). Nearby: numerous outdoor activities (mushroom picking, fishing, hiking, cycling, tennis, golf 10 minutes away, etc.) and visits (sites, museums, exhibitions....) Alpes Mancelles site 15 minutes away, Perseigne and Ecouves national forests 20 minutes away, Alençon 10 minutes away, swimming pool 15 minutes away, embroidery museum in Bourg le Roi 5 minutes away, Le Mans 24-hour race circuit and Vieux Mans 45 minutes away, Normandy coast 2 hours away.
Ground floor: large living room with sofa, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, gas cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bedside tables, wardrobe. Shower room with Italian shower, wc. Utility room with washing machine. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), large wardrobe, round table and chairs. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and storage cupboard. Shower room with shower cubicle and WC. Mezzanine with reading area (2 armchairs). Enclosed grounds, large courtyard for parking, folding cot, barbecue, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs. Bed linen provided (beds not made).
Electric heating included.
Cleaning; 2 options:
- Done by the occupant at the end of the stay
or
- Optional cleaning: 65 euros extra.
Tourist tax not included.
