- Storage space with hoover, iron and ironing board.
- Separate WC.

Outside, in enclosed grounds of 250 m2,
- a south-facing terrace equipped with an awning, 6-seater garden furniture, two deckchairs and a sun lounger
- two parking spaces, a shed (with 3 bikes available), a barbecue, an outdoor sink.
Miscellaneous: non-smoking rental.

We accept small dogs and cats, but a supplement of 25 euros per animal and per stay will be charged.
For larger dogs weighing more than 15 kg, a fixed charge of 25 euros will be applied, as well as the compulsory cleaning option of 55 euros per stay.
