The small gîte at La Prée du Roc is ideal for a couple, with or without children. The house is large, comfortable and very well equipped. Just 600 metres from the Vélo Francette towpath (Ouistréam / la Rochelle), you can reach Château-Gontier (8.7km), the restaurant at l'Ecluse de Neuville (950m), in season, or even Laval (25km).

For your outings, the town of Château-Gontier offers a trail through the town and its gardens, museums, aquatic centre with wellness area, marina with boat hire, bicycles (electric and muscle bikes, trailers), kayak and paddle.
