Old 15th-century house in the heart of a picturesque village.

Character house located in Huillé between Angers and La Flèche, 10 minutes from Durtal and all amenities. Admire the beautiful old exposed roof timbers and stone walls, which add a great deal of character.

Gîte on 2 levels sleeping 4 (2 bedrooms).

First floor living room with functional open fireplace and dining area. Sitting room with TV screen equipped with internet channels (no traditional TNT channels on this television), and fitted kitchen opening onto the garden. Shower room.
2 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor: the first with a 140x190cm double bed, and the second with two 90x190cm single beds.

Outside, access to the garden (not enclosed) from the kitchen. Garden furniture, barbecue and electric grill. The garden is not fully enclosed.

BIKING HOLIDAYS: The house is ideally located along the Vallée du Loir à Vélo cycle route. You can easily reach the banks of the Loir and the Moulin, 600 m away, for cycling or walking tours. Secure garage accessible from the street for storing bikes.
