Dominique and Danièle welcome you to Château de Courtemanche, a 19th-century residence set in 2 hectares of parkland, 40 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, 10 km from the Sillé le Guillaume national forest and close to the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne.
Independent gîte with on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Separate PRM shower room and separate PRM WC.
First floor: large mezzanine with lounge area. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90), 1 bedroom with 5 single beds (90). 2 separate WCs. 1 shower room with 2 separate showers and double basins.
All-inclusive price. Beds made on arrival. Heating included.
Housekeeping package extra and compulsory for professionals.
Swimming pool (unheated) 4m x 8m under a dome. Pool shared with guests of the 2 guest rooms. Use of the pool is the sole responsibility of the parents.
