Le Moulin de la futaie offers a stone house with rustic charm: a large 28m² living room with open fireplace, a fitted kitchen area. 3 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. TV on the mezzanine.
Enjoy the river and its waterfall alongside the Moulin and the garden. The large, west-facing terrace is perfect for evenings out, with a masonry barbecue and garden furniture.
The river la Futaie is classed as category 1, for pike, trout, gudgeon, chub, etc. Federal fishing licence required. In addition to river fishing, you can also fish in the 15,000m² private pond 20 metres away (no fishing licence required).
This is an ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy birdsong, watching squirrels, deer, etc. Around the property a wood of 2 ha.

For those who are not anglers, there are many beautiful walks to be enjoyed. Don't forget to visit Pontmain, a pilgrimage town linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, and its magnificent cathedral, 5km away. Fougères castle and medieval town 14 km away. And why not take a trip to Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour's drive away (55 km).

If you're going as a group, you can rent up to 3 gîtes for 15 people. Each gîte is independent and has its own leisure areas. There are no neighbours. The most isolated being Les Iris, H53G010902 , sleeps 4. The only one overlooking the largest lake, 15,000m². Le Pré des îles, H53G010903, sleeps 6, with fishing pontoon on a smaller private lake, approx 600m².
