With your feet in the water, facing the ecological swimming pool (240m²), you can spend your holidays or weekends in a friendly environment.
Swimming pool shared with a 2nd gite and the owner's guests, usable from mid-April to mid-October, unheated, 1.50m to 1.70m deep (width: 15m and length: 15m).
Independent gîte, adjoining another gite (not overlooked), all on one level, garden furniture, terrace, enclosed grounds, barbecue, table tennis available, parking.
Possibility of fishing and hiking on site. Main room 50m², fitted kitchen, 2 master suites: 1 bedroom (1 bed 180x200), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with private shower room/wc, 1 small mezzanine (pull-out bed 80x190). Mobile phone on request. Air conditioning in summer on meter reading. Spa for 6 people shared by the 2 gîtes. Rental from Friday to Friday. Leisure centre with swimming and wake park (water ski lift) at La Rincerie 8km.
GITE equipped with fibre. 4G access to all networks.
To warm up the atmosphere in the off-season, the wood-burning stove is just the thing!
Family fishing on site (1000m²), with a fishing permit for the river Usure (300m) or the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie.

In the village of Niafles, bar-grocery 850m. All shops in Craon (7km), as well as a very nice aquatic complex with spa.
