Le logis du Clairay offers spacious living rooms, bathed in light thanks to its bay windows. You are surrounded by greenery, oak trees and fields with cows from the owners' farm ... Totally independent house in its enclosed garden.
2 km from the towpath and the banks of the river Mayenne, at the Écluse de Neuville. This path is known as the Vélo Francette (Caen to La Rochelle). The route takes you 9 km from Château-Gontier, a town with many amenities including restaurants, shops, the Carré theatre and historic buildings such as the Ursulines. For sporting activities, there's a marina where you can hire boats, bikes and canoes (see Canotika, where bikes can be delivered for your holiday, to be booked in advance), water-skiing...
From the gîte, access to several hiking trails.
At l'Écluse de Neuville: friendly restaurant, cutlery workshop.
Isabelle and Jacques will be happy to guide you and, if you wish, show you around their farm.

Shops: bread delivered by a travelling salesman 6 days a week, except Mondays. In Loigné-sur-Mayenne, 4km, there is a baker and restaurant. In Bazouges, 6.5km, all food shops.

Professional stay: 4 people maximum - compulsory cleaning 75€/week - sheets / bed
