Very large, friendly house in the countryside, with darts, table football, billiards and pétanque.
Just 600 metres from the Vélo Francette (greenway along the Mayenne: Ouistréam/La Rochelle). Along the towpath, you can cycle to Château-Gontier (8.5km) or Neuville lock (0.9km): restaurant and cutlery maker... and why not head back up towards Laval.
Large living rooms on the ground floor, notably the 65m² living room with large bay window opening onto the terrace and games room. All rooms are bright and airy. 4 bedrooms, including a 6-person dormitory (bunk beds) on the ground floor with its own bathroom and shower, and private wc. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs: one for 2 people, one for 3 and one for 4, with double and twin beds. A total of 12 beds. Another gîte on site offers 1 bedroom and 3 beds (H53G024214).

Your outings - In Château-Gontier: a walk through the town and its gardens, museums, aquatic centre with wellness area, marina with boat hire, bikes (electric and muscle bikes, trailers), kayak and paddle. Don't miss the Refuge de l'arche animal park, which takes in wild exotic animals that have been abandoned or injured.
