Peace and quiet in the countryside for this 6-person farmhouse in Mayenne, between Château-Gontier and Laval

In need of space and nature... Logis de Maisonneuve is a vast country house of 152m², situated in the grounds of an 18th century dwelling.
The house is very spacious, comprising a living room with a large fireplace (35m²), a dining room (30m²), a fitted kitchen and 3 large bedrooms (12 to 20m²), one of which is en suite with its own shower room and wc. A shower room (ground floor), 1 bathroom (1st floor) and 2 additional WCs. The staircase to the first floor is wide and comfortable.
On either side of the house, 2 terraces with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Surrounding the house is wooded parkland and a small, secure lake for peace and quiet. Children can enjoy the trampoline and swing, as well as table tennis, rackets and Möllky.
From the gîte, you can go for walks and join the local footpaths.
The river Mayenne and its towpath, just a few metres away, offer great nature outings. You'll never tire of discovering these wide-open spaces.
Château-Gontier (10 km away) has museums, zoos and water parks to suit all tastes. You can also hire a boat or bikes and enjoy the river Mayenne.
For shops, Villiers-Charlemagne has a bakery, a butcher's and a restaurant (++) just 2km away.
