The Espace 900 sleeps 5. On the ground floor, a living area with lounge and fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a WC, and upstairs 2 bedrooms with 5 single beds will provide you with all the comfort you need for your stay. A washing machine is available.
Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. Free WIFI, TV with foreign channels, DVD player, books and magazines, indoor and outdoor games will keep you entertained.
There is also a shared outdoor area of 600 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, where you can take a walk in the vegetable garden or the surrounding countryside. Private parking for up to 2 cars is available free of charge. A closed garage is available for motorcyclists.
The gîte has two sockets for charging batteries for electric vehicles.
Your safety has not been forgotten, with emergency numbers, a first-aid kit, instructions and useful addresses, not to mention a protocol dedicated to the current health situation.
You'll be ideally placed to discover the whole of the Sarthe department, which is bursting with treasures of all kinds, within a radius of 50 km.
