This house is accessible(approachable) to wheelchairs (except a room(chamber)).
The material(equipment) of outside is at arrangement(measure) from April till November.
Sheets are supplied and beds are made.
The holiday cottage(shelter) is non-smoking.
The house is pleased for 2 nights minimum during the year and only weekly(only to the week) during the school holidays.
Loads(Responsibilities) are understood(included) (water, heating, electricity).
Tourist tax in supplement: 1,2 € / day / person adult.
The small pets are accepted (3 € / day).

During the welcome(reception), will be asked to you 2 checks of pledge:
- Pledge arranges 80 €, indeed the tenants can choose to do the cleaning of the end of stay or to settle(adjust).
- Material pledge 600 €, restored at the end of stay if the house underwent no damage.
