Very large gîte with its feet in the water, at the gateway to La Bretage, near Ernée and Fougères.

Le Pré des îles offers an exceptional setting for fishing and relaxing. Ideal for families and friends, with facilities that are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (fishing pontoon, entire ground floor with bedroom and bathroom (Italian shower, adapted toilet).
The setting is green and natural! You can watch the animals, squirrels, deer, rabbits... listen to the birds singing!
Experience the pleasure of putting your rod down and watching over it from the comfort of your own home!
To complete your fishing, you also have access to the Futaie, a category 1 river with trout (you will need a fishing licence).
The pond is private, 600m² approx. and 80 cm deep. Fish: carp, tench, roach and a few pike.
As for the gîte, you will appreciate the spaciousness of both the living areas and the bedrooms. Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room with TV (35m²) opening onto the sheltered terrace (46m²) and the conservatory (17m²). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), shower room with large walk-in shower and accessible WC. 1st floor: mezzanine with lounge and TV 33 m², 1 bedroom 18m² with 1 bed 160*190 and its shower room with shower cubicle, 1 bedroom 23m² with 2 beds 90*190, a study, separate WC, separate bathroom.
Fishing room adjoining the terrace, with toilet, washbasin, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Professional stay: 5 people maximum. Cleaning and sheets compulsory. 1 cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
