Spacious 3-bedroom house with 3 shower rooms in Mayenne

The gîte is a new, bright, comfortable and well-insulated house with a large 71m² living room on the ground floor, including a fitted kitchen and a sitting area with TV screen. Pellet stove to warm the atmosphere. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with soft, harmonious decorations, each with its own private shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet). There is a choice of 2 bedrooms, each with a 160*200 bed, and one with 3 90*190 beds.
Alongside the house is a large terrace, parking and a lawn area with fruit trees (pears, plums). Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal) and arbour.

The owners, who live next door to the gîte, have a magnificent vegetable garden with many fruit trees, an area with chickens and, in winter, sheep that graze close to the gîte. You will be delighted by the views from the first floor over the fields as far as the eye can see!

Peuton is ideally situated 12km from Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports (aquatic centre, water-skiing, paddle, kayak, electric boat), cycling (with the possibility of hiring from Canotika) to ride the Vélo Francette on the towpath of the Mayenne, museum visits, cinema... The town has been awarded the fleur d'or label for the quality of its landscaped areas. Well worth a visit.
You can also visit the Robert Tatin museum, an open-air museum with giant statues!
The La Rincerie leisure centre (24km) offers a beautiful stretch of water with a beach and wake park.

All the local shops, including a bakery, butcher, restaurant and mini-market, are 4km away in Quelaines.

Weekend stay: Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm - weekend package for 1 or 2 nights.
Week: arrival 5pm - departure 10am. Holidays not permitted.
