Just 10 minutes from Le Mans town centre and exit 9 of the A11 motorway (3 minutes away), situated in a village close to all amenities, this small gîte, close to the owners' house, is an ideal place to do nothing, just enjoy the peace and quiet and, above all, the cosy, light-filled space. Terrace and deckchairs, small private garden and barbecue will accompany you throughout your stay.
There is a living room with lounge area, dining area and fitted kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with large Italian shower and washbasin. 1 separate toilet.
Bed made up on arrival, towels provided.
Heating not included: €10 per night (when heating is on from 1 October to 15 April), extra charge on site.
Cleaning fee of €50 compulsory for professionals.
